Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to both the United States and Canada only. All orders will be shipped in sturdy packaging to help protect your order on its journey to your home!
When can I expect my package?
Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive. (Due to current events, shipping may be delayed).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I return artwork that I purchased? All sales of original artwork & prints are final.
I purchased a print, but now it’s on sale. Can I have the discount applied retroactively? Yes! We will issue you a retroactive discount if the purchase was made within a week of the beginning of the sale.
My artwork arrived damaged / was not delivered / was lost / was stolen from my doorstep. Can you help me? We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (domestically or internationally), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We do our very best to ensure that your artwork is shipped in appropriate packaging so that it arrives undamaged.
That being said...
Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged, we are happy to reprint and ship your order at no extra cost to you. Please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item attached and return the damaged print in its original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased from your post office. Any prints damaged after delivery will need to be repurchased through our website.
